We emphasize on quality and our post & pin insulators are an outcome to our pursuit of good quality HV Electrical Insulation products
Our post & pin insulators have excellent Electrical, hydrophobic & Anti-pollution capabilities with 11KV range having 350mm CD & 33KV range having 910mm Creepage Distance(CD).
The dimensions are maintained as per relevant IEC & IS standards so that they can be easily replaced with their old Porcelain counterparts.
Our 11KV range of Post & Pin Insulators has a mechanical strength of 6KN to 6.5KN. With a market in which the mechanical strength is a major issue, we stay adamant on our quality and focus on giving the best of products to our customers.
Our present range of 33KV Post & Pin Insulators has both 5KN & 10 KN variants as per market requirements.
The Pin Insulators have a Nut & Washer fixed to the stud of the Insulator and thus installation becomes simple. While the Post Insulators have 57mm PCD for 11KV & 76mm PCD for 33KV for easy replacement and installation in same designs as Porcelain Isolators and Fuses.
